UK warns of ‘direct action’ against Yemen’s Houthi rebels | Israel-Hamas war
Britain’s defence secretary has warned the UK will not hesitate to take “direct action” against Houthi rebels who have attacked ships in the Red Sea.
The Iran-backed group have been attacking ships which they say are connected to or travelling to Israel.
The Houthis, along with Iran, have pledged support for Hamas following the 7 October attack on Israel.
