Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Wednesday the federal government is focused on shutting down Roxham Road, an irregular Canadian-U.S. border crossing, but says it is not simple. The only effective way to close irregular crossings ‘is to renegotiate the Safe Third Country Agreement,’ Trudeau said.
