No TikTok on United States
Senator Josh Hawley is pushing hard to get TikTok banned nationwide with his “No TikTok on United States Devices Act”. He’s worried about the app’s potential connections to the Chinese government and thinks we need to act fast. But hold on a minute, because Senator Paul is putting the brakes on Hawley’s plan. He’s saying that banning TikTok would be a violation of our First Amendment rights. And you know what? He’s got a big point.
