Russia-Ukraine Tensions
Late on Thursday, a Russian Sukhoi-34 supersonic warplane fired an unintentional round into the city of Belgorod in the vicinity of Ukraine, setting up an explosion and injuring three persons. Concrete mounds on the roadway, many damaged automobiles and a structure with broken windows were all visible in video footage taken at the scene.
