Labour has suspended another candidate, Graham Jones, a former MP for Hyndburn, over comments related to Israel and now he is currently under investigation. This follows Labour withdrawing support for Azhar Ali, the party’s candidate in the Rochdale by-election, due to alleged antisemitic remarks.
