Prime Minister Scott Morrison has announced Australia’s international borders will be reopening in November, saying it is “time to give Australians their lives back” after 18 months of closed borders. “Australians who want to travel overseas once restrictions are removed will be able to access an internationally recognised proof of vaccination document,” Mr Morrison said.
