Israeli fighter jets kill Merad Abu Merad in strikes, head of Hamas’ aerial system

Israel Air Forces has killed the head of Hamas’s Air Force Merad Abu Merad in the airstrike, informed IDF. The strike targeted a headquarters from which Hamas managed its aerial activity in the Gaza Strip. The IAF said that Merad Abu Merad “was largely responsible for directing terrorists during the massacre on Saturday. In separate strikes carried out overnight, the IAF said that it had struck dozens of sites belonging to Hamas’ commando forces. As per The Times of Israel, these commando forces led the infiltration into Israel on October 07. Earlier, The Israel Defence Forces on October 13 called for an immediate evacuation of Gaza. As per an IDF spokesperson, the death toll from the Hamas terror attacks on Israel has jumped to 1,300 leaving over 3,000 injured. Also, as the conflict escalated, the people of Gaza City packed their belongings and headed to South on Oct 13. The developments came after Israel’s military called for all civilians to relocate south within 24 hours.
