UNSW Director of Enterprise Nigel Phair says Australia has very good “cyber-offensive capability” amid growing regional tensions in the Asia-Pacific.
“We only react back proportionate to what the attacks might be,” he told Sky News Australia.
“We have to put sand in the cogs.”
