Tiger Brokers Australia’s Chief Strategy Officer Michael McCarthy says the Australian market has “fared better than most” as share markets globally continue to fall.
“In Europe and the US, we’ve seen weekly drops for every one of the last five weeks,” he told Sky News host Ross Greenwood.
“So while we’ve dropped eight per cent in just four sessions, we’re still a lot better off than many investors around the globe.”
