‘People are being Fleeced by Big Energy Companies’

Carbon Tax hike on May 1st

Taoiseach Micheál Martin and Sinn Féin leader Mary Lou McDonald have again clashed over the Governments planned implementation of a Carbon Tax hike on May 1st.
 
McDonald accused the leader of being out of touch with the financial problems the public are facing, while the Taoiseach accused the opposition of indulging in double-speak, with regards to tackling climate change.
