Is Germany running out of money?
Germany’s top court has ruled the use of 60 billion euros unconstitutional. The government had planned to re-allocate pandemic funds to green projects and industry subsidies. But now there’s a big hole in the budget – just days before it was set to be approved. We ask economist Clemens Fuest how Berlin might be able to find more funds.
